SudSpinner Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

SudSpinner ("we," "us," or "our") operates sudspinner.com (the "Site") and sells the Electric Spin Cleaning Brush. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or make a purchase on the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, and any messages you send us through contact forms, account creation, or newsletter sign-up. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, time on site, click and scroll behavior, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Information from third parties: order fulfillment and shipping status from our fulfillment partner (Zendrop), fraud-check data from our payment processor, and engagement data from advertising platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your order — including sharing your name, address, and order details with Zendrop for fulfillment
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Communicate with you about your order or customer service requests
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Measure and improve our advertising campaigns
  • Build and refine advertising audiences (see Section 4)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functions — cart, checkout, and core site functionality
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site
  • Advertising and targeting — used by us and our advertising partners (including Meta) to deliver, measure, and optimize ads, and to build custom and lookalike audiences

Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EU, UK, or EEA), non-essential and advertising cookies are only activated after you provide consent through our cookie banner. Where not required by law, these technologies may operate by default, and you may opt out as described in Section 7.

4. Advertising Partners and Data Sharing (Meta / Facebook)

We share information with advertising and analytics partners to run and measure our marketing campaigns, including Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") via the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

What we may share with Meta: hashed contact identifiers (email, phone) for advanced matching and custom audiences; device and browser identifiers, IP address, and cookie IDs; and site and purchase events such as page views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, and completed purchases (including order value).

Why we share it: to measure ad performance, build custom audiences (such as past purchasers or cart abandoners) for retargeting, build lookalike audiences to reach similar new customers, and optimize ad delivery.

Meta's role: Meta processes this data under its own Data Policy. We encourage you to review it directly.

We may also share limited data on similar terms with other advertising and analytics providers we use, such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and our email/SMS marketing platform.

Your control: visitors in the EU/UK/EEA and similar jurisdictions can control this sharing through our cookie consent banner. US visitors can opt out through the link described in Section 7.

5. Other Third Parties We Share Data With

Category Purpose
Zendrop (fulfillment partner) Order fulfillment, shipping, delivery tracking
Payment processor Payment processing, fraud prevention
Email/SMS marketing platform Marketing communications
Analytics providers Site performance and usage analysis
Legal/regulatory bodies When required by law or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell your information for money. Under certain state laws, sharing data with advertising partners like Meta for targeted advertising may still be classified as a "sale" or "share" — see Section 7.

6. Rights for EU, UK, and EEA Visitors (GDPR)

If you're located in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we process your data based on: your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), our need to fulfill a contract with you (processing your order), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, basic analytics), and legal obligations (tax and accounting).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing at any time. Contact us at info@sudspinner.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. US State Privacy Rights (California and Other States)

If you're a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about you; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (including our sharing with Meta); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our site footer, set the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser (we honor it as an opt-out request), or email us at info@sudspinner.com with subject line "Privacy Rights Request."

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy, including tax and accounting requirements. Advertising identifiers shared with partners like Meta are retained according to those partners' own policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@sudspinner.com and we will delete it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
